Matthew 8:5-7 “Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.” Jesus said to him, “I will go and heal him.”

The willingness of Christ our Savior to go and heal should inspire us as Christians to willingly go and serve others. We should share Christ and pray for others.

Our village church was quite small but the believers never used their size as an excuse for not going and sharing Christ.

The elders regularly went to neighboring communities to preach and pray for others. If there were only four people who wanted to start a church in another location, our pastor declared it as a church annex.

An elder visited this annex each week to hold a service or Bible study under the shade of a tree.

Be willing to go like Christ. Go and pray. Go and serve. Go and heal.
