Matthew 10:9-10 “Do not take along any gold or silver or copper in your belts; take no bag for the journey or extra tunic, or sandals or a staff;”

I studied this concept in Bible College as I prepared to go to Africa.
What did Jesus mean?
I concluded that Jesus was telling his disciples to go out ready to travel far and fast, not hindered by excessive baggage.
There were times when the African country I worked in was threatened by a possible military takeover.
If that happened and we were evacuated, we were only permitted to take a backpack or equivalent-sized bag on the plane.
What would you put in your bag? How would you feel about leaving everything else behind?

I believe if you make a decision to go and share Jesus, the Lord will provide everything you need.
Go and preach, unencumbered by a lot of baggage.
