Matthew 15:16 “Are you still so dull?”
Stupid is a bad word. As a child some of us were taught to never call anyone stupid.
Even the Africans never said anyone was stupid, imbecile, or idiot. They referred to folks who weren’t quite as smart, clever, or bright as suffering with the low I.Q. disease. I have no idea where they heard the phrase low I. Q. sickness, but folks in the most isolated areas said it.

“He has the low I.Q. illness.” The person shook his head and looked sad as if this individual who wasn’t as smart as the rest of us should be pitied, helped, or made allowances for. Since these poor people had a sickness of low I.Q., they couldn’t understand like the rest of us did.
So we should have compassion on them and help them.
